About

Femi.

Two Men’s Physique titles since June 2025. Still competing, still doing the same weekly check-in we ask our clients to do.

The floor

We learned this job
on the gym floor.

Personal training in Central London, mostly with clients who were paying for their time to be used well — executives, founders, people with three hours a week and no patience for guesswork. That teaches you two things fast: how to get a result inside real constraints, and how to explain exactly why you’re asking someone to do something.

Hundreds of hours watching people move, cueing the same lifts a thousand different ways, and learning what actually changes a physique versus what just makes a session feel hard.

The stage

Then we stood on stage
and learned the rest.

Competing is a different education. You can know training and nutrition inside out and still get beaten by someone who understands what the division is scored on and how to present what they’ve built.

Two Men’s Physique titles since June 2025 — and more usefully, every mistake in between. Peaking a week early. Flat on stage. Posing that looked fine in the bedroom mirror and fell apart under the lights. We coach around those mistakes because we’ve made them.

Coaching philosophy

Four things we won’t move on.

Data decides, not mood

Weekly weight trend, photos, training performance, sleep, steps, hunger. Changes get made because the numbers say so, not because it’s Monday and something should change.

Natural means natural

Every plan we write is designed to be run drug-free. That changes the timeline, the deficit and how much muscle we can realistically add. We’d rather tell you that up front than sell you a fantasy.

The physique is constructed

Divisions reward shapes, not just leanness. We work backwards from what Men’s Physique, Classic or Open is actually judged on and build towards that, weak points first.

Posing is half the score

You can be the best-conditioned man in the line-up and place fourth because you don’t know how to present it. Posing starts early and gets filmed and corrected every week.

Current season

We’re currently competing in our 2026 season — still on stage, still holding every plan we write to the same standard we hold ourselves to.

Twenty minutes, no pitch.

Bring your show date, your division and a recent photo. We’ll tell you what the prep would actually look like — and whether you should be doing an off-season instead.
