I’ve never competed. Is this too early for me?
Probably not, but it depends on where you’re starting. Most first-timers need more time building than they think and less time dieting than they fear. On the consultation we’ll tell you honestly whether to book a show this year or spend the next twelve months adding size properly.
How far out should I start prep?
For a first show, 20 to 24 weeks is a sensible window, and that’s assuming you’ve had a real off-season. Shorter preps mean steeper deficits, and steeper deficits cost muscle.
Do you work with drug-assisted competitors?
No. Everything we write is designed to be run drug-free, and that’s the only way we coach.
What if I don’t have a show booked yet?
That’s fine. Plenty of clients start in an off-season block and pick a date once we know what we’re working with. Come to the call anyway.
Can I do online coaching and in-person sessions?
Yes, and it’s a good combination if you’re London-based. Online handles the plan and the data; sessions handle technique and posing. Mention it on the call and we’ll price it as one thing.
How do payments work?
Online coaching is a monthly Direct Debit, set up once and taken automatically, with a 12-week minimum term and 30 days’ notice to cancel after that. Session blocks are paid up front by card.
What if I get injured or something changes?
Tell us straight away and we adjust. Preps get paused, shows get moved, life happens. What doesn’t work is going quiet for three weeks and then trying to catch up.
