What information is collected

When you fill in the coaching application form, the following is collected: your name, email address, phone number or Instagram handle, the service you’re enquiring about, your competition division, target show date, experience level, current weight, training days per week, any notes you choose to share, and your approximate budget. You choose what to share — most fields are optional.

If you book a consultation through the calendar on this site, or make a payment, additional information is collected directly by those third-party services — see below.

How it’s used

Information submitted through the application form is used only to respond to your enquiry, assess whether coaching is a good fit, and get in touch about next steps. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services used on this site

This site uses a small number of external services to operate:

Formspree — processes and delivers application form submissions by email. Formspree has its own privacy policy governing how it handles that data in transit.

Calendly — if you book a consultation, Calendly collects the information you enter (typically name, email, and appointment details) under its own privacy policy.

GoCardless — if you sign up for online coaching, payment and Direct Debit mandate details are collected and processed directly by GoCardless. Card and bank details are never seen or stored by Sculpted Strength.

Instagram — the video embedded on the results page is served by Instagram/Meta, which may set its own cookies when that embed loads.

Cookies

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The only cookies you may encounter are set by the Instagram embed on the results page, which is controlled by Meta, not Sculpted Strength.

How long information is kept

Application enquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, to deliver coaching. If you’d like your information deleted, contact the email address above and it will be removed.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to ask what information is held about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to object to how it’s used. To exercise any of these, email femi_kusimo@hotmail.com. If you’re not satisfied with the response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time as the site or the tools it uses change. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
